FAQs

What is the difference between Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) and First Aid at Work (FAW)?

Our Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work is a 1 day classroom-based training, which takes you through a basic understanding and ability to deal with common emergencies in first aid such as minor injuries and cardiac arrest. EFAW is suited for small businesses classes as low risk with a low number of employees and/or customers.

Our Level 3 First Aid at Work is more in-depth and teaches you how to treat a wider range of illnesses and injuries, including a variety of medical conditions, such as how to deal with someone who is having a heart attack or seizure.
This is a 3-day classroom based training and designed for businesses who may be larger and/ or have higher risks. We also include FREE is our catastrophic haemorrhage control (Severe Bleeding) within this Level 3 First Aid at Work course, to equip you with the extra skills you may need in an emergency situation.
There are two options to this course: you can sit the three-day classroom training or take advantage of the blended version where you complete a pre-learning session in your own time and before attending a two-day classroom based training.
